Yes, it’s a very long form that requests lots of information about your book and the author(s). However, only the 19 items marked with a red asterisk are required fields, and much of the form is taken up by the genre selection section, in which we’ve tried to provide as many specific options as possible.

Many of the fields are extras provided for books with more than one author, and we’ve provided lots of optional fields for you to showcase your websites, work samples, and other parts of your author platform. Also note, you can take as long as you need to complete and polish your listing for free before you incur any fees by publishing it, and remember: the purpose of the form is to provide as much information as possible about you and your book in the finished listing—which looks like this.
